Target Audience: Teachers (K-2), Teachers (K-12 ESE), Paraprofessionals (K-2, K-12 ESE), Therapists (SLP, OT,PT)

Course Objective: Participants will be able to create, search for, and share visual supports to be used with students to provide multiple means of representation, action and expression.

Course Description: In this half day training, participants will learn how to use the easy to learn technology tool, LessonPix (LessonPix.com), to make visual supports and educational activities for their classrooms.

They will also create visuals and activities to bring back for immediate use in their classrooms.

*Participants will receive a one year subscription to use LessonPix to create Universally designed and differentiated activities/visual supports for their classroom.

Implementation Activity: Participants will complete the following prior to earning 6 inservice credits:

  1. Share at least 2 activities, on the LessonPix share site, that they have created.

  2. Submit student impact data for a minimum of five students.

Follow Up Method: Email communication and coaching throughout the implementation period, as well as on-site coaching (per participant request) will be available.
